Use this page to raise a complaint about the Medication Shortage Hub public website, registration, demo request, no-patient-data private preview, data-protection, accessibility, or service-evaluation route.
Complaints are handled through the Prosper Healthcare complaints mailbox. We aim to acknowledge data-protection complaints within 30 days and respond without undue delay after review.
Do not use this form for emergencies, urgent clinical concerns, prescriptions, full medical histories, NHS numbers, patient screenshots or patient-identifiable information.
