This notice applies to organisation and professional contact data submitted through the following pages:
/register.php and
/book-demo.php.
These public pages are not patient routes, prescribing routes, clinical advice routes or shortage case-reporting routes.
What we collect
- Identity and contact details such as name, work email, organisation, role, and optional phone number.
- Organisation planning details submitted in the demo form (for example purchase stage, timeline, and challenge summary).
- Security and anti-abuse data required to protect the forms (for example IP address, user agent, and reCAPTCHA verification data).
How we use this data
- To respond to registration and demo/procurement requests.
- To route enquiries to the correct partnerships and delivery contacts.
- To protect the forms and services from abuse, spam, and malicious automation.
- To keep auditable operational records related to enquiry handling.
Lawful basis
We process this enquiry data under UK GDPR legitimate interests and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering a service arrangement.
Recipients and processors
- Internal Prosper Healthcare teams responsible for partnerships, onboarding, and service delivery.
- Google reCAPTCHA, used to protect forms from automated abuse.
- Email delivery infrastructure used to send enquiry notifications and acknowledgements.
Cookies and similar technologies
The medication-hub pages use essential security technologies, including session handling and reCAPTCHA protections on public forms. Retention
We keep enquiry and related security records only for as long as needed for service evaluation, operational follow-up, and governance requirements.
