These terms apply to the public Medication Shortage Hub overview, registration, and demo request pages.
Public website only
The public pages are for service evaluation, organisation registration, and pilot/procurement enquiries. They do not create a contract, NHS approval, live deployment, patient-data access, prescribing route, clinical advice route, or patient shortage case-reporting route.
Registration and access
Public registration requests require approval before access is enabled. Users must be authorised to act for the organisation they name and must provide accurate work contact details.
Clinical and operational limits
The public website is not an emergency, clinical advice, prescribing, or patient-specific escalation route. Health-service workflow use remains subject to the applicable security, privacy, clinical safety, DSPT, commissioning, and contractual controls.
